Objectives
- Attracting potential clients and building loyalty with clients, shareholders, directors, staff members, etc.
Minerva Marketing Solution
- Integrated guest management at Formula 1 GPs on a global scale (travel arrangements, accommodations, tickets, transfers, dinner reservations, etc.)
- Design, production and animation of a wide range of hospitality spaces at the Grand Prix, suited to the different types of guests (Paddock Club, suites, corporate boxes, terraces, etc.)
- Design and implementation of a series of experiences related to Formula 1 albeit not linked to the Grand Prix (visits to team factories, driving courses and experiences in circuits, etc.)
Results
- Since 2014: management of 18,000 guests (incl. 2,000 VIPs) in 30 hospitality areas in 15 different countries
